If you are anywhere near Lancashire and have the means to collect you can have a 21" monitor for free, Ive got them coming out of my ears, you cant give em away these days.
Im currently using two monitors driven by a 6800 Ultra, the main display is a compaq P1220 CRT running at 1600x1200 for everyday use and 2048 x 1536 for gaming and programming, and the second is an LG 26" LCD TV running in RGB mode at 1600 x 1200, although only 1024x768 can be displayed at any one time on the LG.
It will be a while before I move away from CRT for my main display, TFTs dont have the quality a nerd like me needs for fast paced high res gaming, but once they catch up I'll be switching, and Iiyama are a great choice, if not the best. |
