I would agree that Ray Mears always sets a very responsible approach to bush and woodcraft. I just wish that I had a fraction of his skills and knowledge. | Think a few of us on here have tried a few of those recipes...my dad tried to make us eat his nettle soup once...it got chucked away before anyone tasted it due to the look and smell alone...give me mushies any day!!
