I heard Blackthorn has a type of fungus on its thorns & thats why the scratches go septic.
Gorse clearance is a nightmare. You get small puncture marks up your arms & legs even through your clothes. People see your arms & think your a Herion junkie.
& don't it sting when you get in the bath or shower after a conservation task?
