I have an annual holiday in the Scotttish Highlands and Islands and always make a trip to Chanonry Point to see the
Bottle-nosed Dolphins (with the Black Isle Red Kites on the way!).
You really can not fail to see them here and the views are often extremely close to the shoreline, depending on the tide I think. An awesome sight and highly recommended .... but it is a long way to travel for many of us.
I am still waiting for that elusive photo of a dolphin jumping out of the water .... maybe June of this year when I am up that way again.
