Still plenty around Lancashire, at my friends home there have been two lots of youngsters - the last lot of three hoglets had to been caught and taken to the local rescue as they would not have made it through the winter, she did not know she had hedgehogs - just thought her cat had a very healthy appetite - she feeds him in the porch and two years ago found an adult hedgehog eating there, since then she puts extra out for them in spring and summer and the young have been coming with the adults.
As to feeding them I have to agree cat or dog food and water.
