I have just stumbled across this site looking for a solution for blanket weed in my pond. I liked the site that much I decided to stay. I like everything wild. I have a greenhouse I grow plants and veg. I love birds,dogs,horses and everything that lives in my pond. I garden for birds and wildlife. I don't use chemicals in the garden. So I will give the barley straw a try as it is natural to see if it controls the blanket weed.
