I totally agree with Julie regarding charity shops, only yesterday in my lunch hour I went into one in search of books and managed to bag myself the RSPB Birdfeeder Handbook for £2.49 and the Collins Complete Guide British Wildlife for £1.49 and both were in perfect condition so for £3.98 I got a real bargain
