Magazine subscriptions are good. At the moment I receive permaculture magazine which I love.
Looking through their green shopping catalogue I spotted many good sounding books:
Creating small habitats for wildlife in your gardening (Josie Briggs) £12.95
101 uses for stinging nettles (Piers Warren) £5.95
Versions of Food For Free by Ruchard Mabey
How to oooo in the woods ) (Kathleen Meyer) £6.99
Saving the planet without costing the earth (Donnachadh McCarthy) £11.99 and one of my faves has to be Meetings With Remarkable Trees (Thomas Pakenham) £12.99
I would like a wind up and solar panel radio please...or a narrowboat
Frugal ideas include a photo you have taken framed - completely unique.
Also vouchers where you hand someone a voucher book with different stuff in eg. An hours cleaning/gardening etc.
Personally I'd like a voucher entitling me to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on xmas day this year.....must get that letter to Santa quick!!!!

how to oooo in the woods??
