I sometimes do a wild life nightwatch Badgerwatcher. My dogs take care of any intrusive rats that venture from the undergrowth. I dont know why they have such an aversion to them particularly as they are otherwise content to lie silently at my side and let all other creatures get on with their lives.
If father Christmas decides to give you a night scope could I come round and borrow it?
