Fireworks and the inevitable bangers of the old days were bad enough for animals, but now irresposible youngsters are getting hold of industrial-size monsters. The 'bang' has to be heard to be believed, it literally shakes your windows.
They think its really funny to use them to blow telephone boxes and cars.
When it comes to the notice of the media its reported as a 'prank'.
Someones going to get seriously hurt. Last year a large rocket was aimed into a dance-club, you can imagine the panic and fear it produced. The fire brigade were called out to douse the flames that took hold.
Only one newspaper refrained from using the word 'prank', it used the words 'high spirits' instead.
When the police come across a hidden amount these mammoths, they realised someone was about to make one mega-huge blast that could easily destroy surounding property.
Its time Guy Fawkes was laid to rest..for good! |
