Lincs yellowbelly....most places are making people choose haddock now because there's no cod left from overfishing
As for chips in beef fat... well they usually smell disgusting to me so I can tell. I was also shocked when I went to north-east yorks to find that all the chips were either fried in animal fat or old stinky fat, yuk... and I didn't try anything from the famous Magpie restaurant where there were massive queues to get in.
