Hi everyone. I am new here.
Me I'm 33 and a Mum to 4 wild spirited lovely children whom I home-educate .
I have had a passion for wildlife since I was 8 and became interested in birdwatching. As a teen I volunteered at an RSPB nature reserve.
Now I am a home-ed mum we have set up a group to support our local home-educators and are organising lots of wildlife activities. For example the over 10's this week are learning tree management and coppicing and the under 10's are doing tree identification and seed collection. I beleive you have to start with the children and their appreciation for nature.
It's great fun and means we can get out doors and do what we want when we want.
