Hello from Northern Ireland

Hello Everybody,

greetings from Northern Ireland, actually I come from West Sussex in the heart of the South Downs. However, I am at the moment living in County Down, an area rich in wild life both inland (mainly agricultural) and on its coast line.

The seasons are slightly behind say those of the south of England, except Autumn which comes slightly earlier. This time last year (indeed this very weekend) I was at home in Sussex and on a visit to Arundel, Sussex I saw my first Bumble Bee of the year. We don't expect to see any until the end of March or early April. Has anyone seen a Bumble Bee yet?

Once again Hello to Everyone,

Regards
