For nice, restful, almost spiritual music, with angelic voices...you can't do better than the Mediaeval Baebes ! They were formed 10 years ago by Katherine Blake, who takes Middle Ages poetry and sets it to music. Their first album, Salva Nos, was fairly simple with regard to production, but was followed by Worldes Blysse, Undrentide, and The Rose, which showed more complexity. Arguably, their best album is their latest, Mirabilis, which was released this summer.
