What has been your best buy in the last 12 months. For me it has to be Merrell walking shoes and a heartbeat monitor. I am up to walking at least 6 miles a day now. 3 in the morning before work and 3 in the evening. Usually the same route, either back to front, only streets but will be back in the park as soon as it gets light again. |
