I've not seen cultivars of Coltsfoot +I'm not aware of it being grown as a garden plant (apart from those that have it as a genuine wild flower) + have never seen it in any horticultural shows. I've no reason to see why none of the above are not wild!
By contrast there is a wide range of cultivars of Lesser Celandine- doubles (flore pleno), bronze leaves (Brazen Hussey) + flowers orange or very pale..
