Most importantly, the site should hopefully give you the facility to be what you'd like it to be. If you'd like to add news and views about the environment you can add it in the forums, but you can also add it to other areas of the site as well. Post details about groups in the directory, add events to the calendar etc. We're also rebuilding the news section at the moment and you'd be more than welcome to post news on there too.
