Funnily enough I got lucky yesterday with a treecreeper at RSPB Arne. You've just got to be in the right place at the right time I think. I did find them difficult to photograph as they never stay still for a second.

I'd familiarise yourself with the call which is quite a high pitched, short, sibiliant call and should be fairly unmistakeable. Good time of year to be seeking one out though as there's still a lot of light coming into the woodland.
