I've now moved the nestbox on recommendations, trouble is I can't see it now, but hopefully I'll get visitors this year. Have been trying to upload phot, it says it was successful but it's not there! Grrr...
I also bought one of those RSPB roosting pockets for £1.99 & stuffed that in the hedge, not sure what would go in it or if anthing would nest in it, but you never know....Has anyone got any experience of them?
I can't wait for spring to get going up here I'm watching out for bird nesters, hoping that frogs/toads/newts/fish will spawn in my new ponds (one for fish & one for wildlife, dug last year) and after reading about the bumble bees by Pauline, attracting them into feeding station. Come on Spring.....
