You do like your assertive but wrong statements.
The Assembly passed the Order by which Elin Jones claims the right to do this.
She made the decision.
This was confirmed to me in person by Dr Glossop, the chief vet (who despite my disagreement with her on this topic, came over as a very nice person) after the Order was passed - Elin Jones alone was going to make the decision to cull or not to cull.
