Wink East Sussex Fungi

BRAND NEW MEMBER from East Sussex so be gentle with me. Went collecting this morning and found breakfast of some Parasol mushrooms cooked in butter. Other finds were a Panther Cap, Death Cap, False Death Cap, glorious fresh new beef steak fungus growing inside tree trunk (can this be eaten ?), some Calvatia excipuliformis (wish I had know than that these can be eaten), various Russulas, a few Fly Agarics, some Grisettes and Funnel Caps (I think) and quite a few unknowns. Now I have found this site, I will take some 'photos. Although I can identify some of the easy ones, I'm still new to fungi hunting so might need some help. If anyone is wondering why my username is strange it is because my wife is German and it is her name; my name Rob is far too common to expect to have that as a username.
