Definately a species of Saga. Four species occur in Greece. These are Saga campbelli, Saga hellenica, Saga natoliae, Saga rammei. Not sure which occur on Kefalonia.
By the way this is a predatory species. It used the spines on it's front legs to hold down it's prey. |
