| Hello everyone!
What a great website I've just stumbled into! Can't understand why I've never come across you before.
Just as a brief intro, my name is Lesley, I'm married with one son aged 6 and we live in Cornwall. We love walking and wildlife (in fact all animals as we have a bit of a menagerie of our own). We also have a semi-tame male pheasant who seems to have adopted us and visits every morning, following me or my hubby around until he gets his breakfast! Such a beautiful bird, I've never been so close to one before.
We live in quite a rural area, and are blessed with a great variety of local wildlife. Just been listening to the owls outside. I think this time of year is when the youngsters start challenging for territories and its been pretty noisy this evening. My greatest wish is to see the deer our neighbour spotted in his field recently.
Already posted a question on invertibrates forum and got a reply within minutes. I'm sure I'm going to be a very regular visitor here.
