Your second is the fruiting body of a lichen or moss I think and not a fungi at all. Hopefully someone from the Lichen sub forum will come forward and tell you exactly.

I think you must have been typing your post while I was posting mine. I'd still put my money on young
Mycena inclinata rather than
M. galericulata with that dark brown cap and the texture of the stipe surface.
