With Clackdish thinking No 2. could be
Macrolepiota procera or
konradii, the sample must be quite big, so that would rule out most of the smaller
Lepiota species, and we needn't worry about any stem markings as it is definitely not
M.procera
As for separating Ganoderma species, sorry, what was the question again ?
