right first forage purely for fungi not sure how i have done with the id but all help welcome, as an aside, in the collins guide every now and then there are brackets with the words ( Top 100 ) what does this mean looked but cant find explanation, unless im being a total tool ha ha, any way here are the piccies

daldinia concentrica, king alfreds cakes ?
macrolepiota procera or konradii ? if either
phlebia tremellosa, jelly rot ?
possible ganoderma australe ?
