Anthrenus - Carpet or museum beetle - the scourge of all entomology collections
I kill them on sight - they're not a plague or infestation species but they're probably nibbling your carpets so that's a pretty good reason to whack it
Same goes for any little, roundish, mottled beetles (the adults) you might find in the house.
