I would guess you have one of the 'Funnels' - probably Lepista flaccida or possibly Clitocybe gibba.

(A Milkcap would demonstrate definite signs of milky liquid exuding from damage gills etc., and False Chanterelle exhibits a very distinct orange colour to the gills)
