Not sure why my comments provoked such an outburst. Posie, when did I say your idea was "useless"? I just offered another view - jeez!

Anyway, all I said was that I wouldn't pay for an expensive Tiggy's course in order to save the OP wasted money. In this instance, taking such a course would be a sledgehammer for a nut. I agree with the more... rational ... members that you should get involved volunteering with wildlife hospitals and then if you gain experience and enjoy it, you could consider taking a course as many volunteers lose interest early on.

I'm sure that Tiggy's courses are excellent, I was in no way suggesting otherwise.
