I have a pair of Peter Storm fingerless gloves which are great if it isn't too cold. I also have a pair of silk gloves, whilst wearing them I can easily adjust binoculars. Sometimes I wear the silk gloves under the Peter Storm ones, a great combination if it's a bit colder.
I also have a pair of woollen gloves which have a thinsulate lining, these are great if it's really cold and worn with the silk gloves, kept me warm even when the temperature was down to minus 15c earlier this year.
