I did reply to your other post!
Part of strumpshaw is only leased by the RSPB so when you go through the woods you will see pheasant feeding pens where the land owner breeds and releases pheasants for the local shoot. I was there last wednesday and saw strange pheasants including the really dark almost black one by the bird feeders.
