I would love fireworks if they weren't noisy, but what really annoys me is that they are deliberately made noisy! Instead of campaigning for a ban, maybe we would have more success campaigning for silent ones. Or is it the noise that the selfish prats like? |
A REALLY loud one just went off right over the house - made the cat sit up that one (calmed her down with my usual phrase saved for such an occasion - far two embarrassing to mention but involves the word bang-bang so you can imagine
(you don't have to be mad to own a cat, but it helps, LOL)).
[OMG - poor Stewart - no idea who Stewart is, but that's really terrible
