Question Help I have two baby field mice

Hi Everyone,

I need to know what to do with the two baby field mice in our garden.

We have a new shed that we would like to put up, however, when dismantling the old shed we noticed a family of field mice living underneath our last shed, approximately 12 ran out and hid in somes trees and babies have been left behind. I know that there are still adults underneath the ground as one has peeped his head out, but i do not know what to do with the two babies, or what to do about putting up the shed? This would obviously involve digging up part of the ground, slabbing it, then placing the larger shed on top! What will happen to the little family? Is there anything we can do??

The two little babies I have placed in one of their little holes and covered it with leaves, will this be ok? Are they warm enough? When can I put the shed up??

Many Thanks Kelly
