There are many possibilities for semi shade but full shade is a lot more challenging - answers to Kayleigh's list of questions are important to be able to give you any sensible response, to that list I'd add whether you are talking about 'dry shade' - around the roots of mature trees for example - or 'moist shade' - e.g a dampish area on the north side of a building ?
