I'm still finding identifying fungi extremely challenging but I've tried to apply what I have learnt from the helpful posters on this forum. So rather than just asking for ID I've had a go at tentative ids of at least the genus of some fungi I have found recently.
1. Are these Mycena? Found growing in my lawn.
2. Are these Yellow Fieldcap (Bolbitius titubans)? Found at the edge of an arable field.
3. Are these Funnel Caps (Clitocybe)? Found on a grassy bridleway between hawthorn/sycamore/gorse scrub.
4. Are these Sulphur Tuft ((Hypholoma fasciculare)? Found on a stump (probably Sycamore)
