Need some guidance please

It's me again.

I found some new (to me) fungi today. The first I'm fairly certain is a Panaeolus semiovatus Just need confirmation on that one, found in pony-grazed grassland.

Next I think may be some sort of stagshorn? I can't find a likeness. Found on a beech twig.

And the last I have no idea. It's on my favourite Beech trunk, along with fairy inkcaps, giant polypore, dead mans fingers, stump puffball and a host of others. It is about 1.5cm across, and the only examply of it on 20ft of trunk so probably very young.

Many thanks.
