A warm welcome to WAB, Topaz. I think your post would have been absolutely fine if you hadn't mentioned edibility. It's generally best to avoid the issue of edibility, unless you are 100% certain of the identity of a species, to avoid the risk that someone might just be daft enough to consume something that turned out to be poisonous on the basis of advice given on WAB.
What impresses me is the sheer scale of these mushrooms:

With a 180 cm stem, they are certainly bigger than anything I have ever seen.


(Even at 18 cm tall, these would be sturdy mushrooms.
