| Laws on felling trees
I just wondered if anyone could tell me how the law stands on chopping down trees? The reason I ask is that there has been a Yew tree outside a property near for as long as I remember but the resident has now chopped it down. There is an Oak not far from where it stood and Im worried that could be next! |
