This is my 'catch' from yesterday. Looks much like Pnigalio soemius male, size fits. The female pic they have on NMH doesn't match that on the other site, it looks more like the other wasp I had with the yellow Xmas tree on the abdomen back which I think is a Euplectrus sp. There is a yellowish area at the abdomen top so I have included the first blurry pic where it's climbing (running) up from the gap between the bricks, it also shows a metallic blue tint to the face.

I read a Cambirdge journal article which states trials rearing them using different temperatures causes different colouring to the abdomen, mine has a purplish sheen.

I doubt the pics are good enough to get a proper ID, considering the huge number of species but this one has some good ID point such as the thorax being much longer than wide as noted on the above site.
One pic of the horizontal view shows the wings well, pics can be enlarged a little more to get a better view.
