In Market Rasen itself (by the golf course) is Linwood Warren. It's a pretty good site for snakes. I don't know it very well, though.
Roger's suggestion of Chambers Farm Wood is a good one. I've spent a lot of time there at all times of the year. Whisby Nature Park, Kirkby Moor and Gibraltar Point are other places I visit often. There are many good sites here
