Just a thought. Uploading to the main best quality
Gallery is a 2 stage process. I sometimes come unstuck by failing to correctly complete the second stage and can't find my photos; until I work backwards and discover them still in my queue.
For me, the main danger then, is that I accidentally upload 2 copies.
Most of us had a bit of a struggle here at first but if you stick with it a little bit longer everything will make sense eventually.
ps. I'm a member of a photo forum which won't take direct uploads so we have to link from another personal holding site. I use Pbase. Creating those links really did confuse me; and I still get it wrong sometimes.
