Peter, I'm sure your ladybird is an Orange not a Cream-spot. The latter only has 14 spots (hence scientific name C. 14-guttata), whereas your photo shows 8 spots on 1 elytron, so assume 16 spots which is typical for Orange (Halyzia 16-guttata) though this can vary from 12-16.. Your photo also shows the transparent splayed out margin typical of Orange. |
