Hi Stella,
Make a log of everything, even take pictures if you can get away without it causing more trouble. It sounds like you have tried to be accommodating already but what type of birds are you getting, if its seagulls for instance then he could have a slight case in his favour.
If the situation goes to far you may have to report it either to the local police community office or your council. |
