Pluck up the courage and do as kev said. After you have used Eclipse fluid and sensor swabs for the first time you will wonder what all the fuss was about. Just take your time. I had to do it 4 times before I realised how much pressure you can put on the swab ( about the same pressure as writing with a pencil). Don't forget you can get dust at any time so you could be paying out a lot of money in a year if you take it to a shop.
