NO definately I didnt intend to suggest giving up. Having had a Mum who was an advocate of Make Do & Mend and now a daughter to is a born-again Pagan & advocate of Frugal Living I am well aware of at least trying to reuse and recycle. I had nearly everything home-made & secodhand when my daughter was born, but now people tend to turn up their noses at that. The only thing that defeated the Frugal LIvers was what to do with those sleeve things that umbrellas come in. I can never get one on again and since I lose umbrellas all the time I was left with a small pile, that had to be binned in the end
