| Meteor impacts on the Moon
I was looking at the Moon last night as it was possible to see quite a lot of detail even from here in London. Does anyone ever see/record objects hitting the Moon's surface. It obviously suffered a huge amount at some time and there's no atmosphere to burn things up, but I've never heard of anyone actually witnessing such an event.
