I can relate to your frustration ... and I'd be there to help if I could, but you are just a bit too far off my patch to make that feasible I'm afraid.
Although the NFWS call number seems to be having problems, you might try sending an e-mail to 'natfox@ntlworld.com' and giving them your telephone number ... they might just be monitoring that if their phone line is out of commission.
