when i was a warden at weeting heath we had an american guy come in who wanted to see the stone curlew - i took his money and pointed out where the birds were for him.
10 mins later he was back in the visitor centre demanding his money back
i found this somewhat confusing as i know he had seen the birds so i pointed this out
his response
"yes but they aren't doing anything - i think they're stuffed !!! "
