The first one is Lousewort - Pedicularis sylvatica.
The St John's-wort could be Trailing St John's-wort - Hypericum humifusum.
The Bedstraw is probably Common Marsh-bedstraw - Galium palustre.
The yellow sorrel is indeed Yellow-sorrel - Oxalis corniculata.
