Hi Rabbits, it sounds as they just need time time get used to their new surroundings and you.
They knew the last owners and it sounds like they wasn't handled they should start eating soon when they settle in..
You should really have got the pen sorted before you got them home to minimise stress.
But they should settle down in a few days..
